Nestled between Roswell and Woodstock, with convenient access to Marietta, 575 and 400, our swim and tennis community of 166 homes is located off Wiley Bridge Road in unincorporated Cherokee County, Georgia. 

It has come to the attention of the Board of Directors that there are clerical mistakes on the Written Ballot for the ongoing vote on the proposed amendment to the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Willow Tree.  Therefore, the Board has canceled the ongoing vote.  The Board intends to correct the Written Ballot and conduct a new vote at a later date​
